I’m a certified Happiness Coach, storyteller, and former journalist — born and raised on a farm in Iceland in a big, loving family, where happiness was woven into the rhythm of everyday life.
Even through profound challenges — including grief, cancer, and caring for my mum with Alzheimer’s — I never lost touch with that inner sense of Happiness. Because real Happiness isn’t just a feeling — it’s a way of being, grounded in purpose, perspective, and presence.
Through Andanu Happiness Coaching, I guide people to connect, or reconnect with their Happiness. My work is rooted in the principles of Eudaimonic Happiness — the deep, lasting kind that comes from self-awareness, care, connection, and a meaningful life.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief:
Everybody has the right to be happy — and the power to nurture it.
